Hi Simon,
I have developed a few courses along those lines, although it's often a mix of alternative organizations / critical take on "new" discourses of management / well-being (or lack thereof) at work / participation and democracy in the workplace. May I ask what audiences is your course mainly designed for?
In particular I could share the syllabus for a course on "New Organizations and Well-Being at Work" designed for Master students in HRM... would that be of interest?
If you'd like to get in touch directly here is my email:

Subject: Courses in alternative forms of organizing
Hi everyone,
Apologies for cross-posting. I'll be developing a course on alternative forms of organizing at the graduate level in the coming year. I am wondering if anybody in this community has taught similar courses in the past, or broader courses on social issues pertaining to the workplace. If you have and are open to sharing your syllabus, could you please contact me at spek@uvic.ca? I'd be happy to send back my completed syllabus, etc. once I wrap it up to anybody who is interested.
Best,
Simon
