    The Management, Spirituality, and Religion (MSR) Interest Group is pleased to announce that author Giles Hutchins—author of The Firm of the Future, The Nature of Business, Regenerative Leadership: the DNA of Life-Affirming 21st Century Organizations, and most recently Leading by Nature, is MSR’s 2022 Plenary Speaker.     Giles Hutchins will talk about “Regenerative Leadership Consciousness” in these times of COVID, climate, conflict, and an increasingly dispersed multi-generational workforce that's crying out for meaning and belonging. The unrelenting pace of these leadership challenges demands an evolution in learning and organization development.     Giles is an author, speaker, business transformation leader, and CEO coach. He has written 5 books on regenerative leadership and how organisations can learn from nature to become more resilient and future-fit. He is a senior advisor for a number of leading organisations and business schools on the future of business, and has worked in organisational change for over 25 years. His international practice is anchored at Springwood, 60 acres of ancient woodland in Sussex, UK.
