I'm new to the CMS community but so thrilled to be here. I encountered CMS & Critical Leadership Studies (CLS) by reading Amanda Sinclair's
Leadership for the Disillusioned for my masters program in Organization Development at Fielding Graduate University. I'm currently an OD practitioner & Masters student based in Austin and my firm's name is
Kamath Coaching and Consulting. I'm hoping to obtain a PhD in OB/Management in the future.
I'm also writing to also let you know that I've started a virtual Meetup around CMS; it is called
Critical Management Studies.
Our first event will be on August 31st at 7pm US CT and we'll be meeting over Zoom. You can register for the event
here - we'll discuss Adler and Wilmott's chapter on
Critical Management Studies.
