    Dear All,

We'd be delighted to have you join our professional development workshop (PDW) on Globalizing Paradox Theory and Research: Exploring New Approaches, New Theories, and New Contexts.

This PDW aims to bring together scholars from diverse cultural, traditional, and philosophical backgrounds to explore novel approaches, theories, and contexts for paradox theory in organization and management studies. We will specifically focus on non-WEIRD perspectives (WEIRD = Western, European, Industrialized, Rich, and Democratic) and ancient philosophical traditions. The workshop will feature highly interactive small-group discussions moderated by experts, followed by an open panel discussion. The PDW will consist of a short introduction to the round tables (2 minutes pp/ 1 slide pp), two roundtable sessions and concludes with a panel discussion. The two rounds of roundtable sessions will allow participants to join the discussion at two roundtables with different speakers and topics. The duration of each roundtable discussion is 30 minutes. At the end of each roundtable conversation, speakers and participants may prepare some reflections and insights to be discussed in the panel discussion at the end of the PDW. The following esteemed scholars will be sharing their valuable insights:

    🔹 Marianne Lewis

    🔹 Josh Keller

    🔹 Medhanie Gaim

    🔹 Garima Sharma

    🔹 Xin Li

    🔹 Nkosana Mafico
