About this event
In this workshop, the editors of Organization will briefly introduce the special issue celebrating 30 years and reflect on the trajectory of the journal and its role today in the field of management and organization studies. They will then open up the floor to the community to jointly identify issues, areas of scholarship, epistemes and theoretical traditions, methodologies and practices that should be put front and centre in the journal. The outcome of this conversation will provide the core of Organization's Manifesto, which will be collectively drafted in the first half of 2024 and officially launched during the first virtual Organization conference in the fall.
