    Time: 14:00 - 16:00 CEST (GMT+2).

Join us for a PDW on Multidisciplinary and Multi-method PDW on Addressing Real World Challenges and Conflicts to foster collaboration and engagement across Academy of Management divisions and interest groups (e.g., ENT, STR, OB, DEI, SIM, ODC, MOC, HR).

It convenes scholars from diverse fields to explore real-world challenges across levels of analysis, using multidisciplinary perspectives and diverse methods and analytical approaches. Topics include ethics, power, communication, and DEI in organizations, as well as broader societal concerns-such as institutional trust, polarization, and policy-examined in the context of global issues like AI, digital transformation, climate change, and resource scarcity, among others. Participants will gain valuable insights into how conflict-related research intersects with their disciplines, potentially sparking collaborations that extend beyond this workshop.
