    INTRODUCING
    Pi-Squared: Private Innovation in the Public Interest
     
     
     
    Anita McGahan is excited to announce a new initiative called Pi-Squared for "private innovation in the public interest" offered through the Burnes Center for Social Change at Northeastern University.   The purpose of Pi-Squared is to develop new insights on how leaders in companies can effectively pursue public goals.  The starting point is a series of conversations with experts in our community on issues of corporate social responsibility, ESG investing, and public-private collaboration.  We talk about why we've hit a roadblock on progress and what it will take to overcome resistance to CSR.  The approach takes the view that organizations need sophisticated strategies that account for the reasons that we have the problems we seek to solve.  We hope you'll join us.
