5-Year Review
5-year review & 3-year strategic goals
Per Academy of Management bylaws,
this report
presents a five‐year review (2017 to 2022, inclusive) of the Division based on the membership survey, along with taking a forward strategic look for the coming three-year period (2024 to 2026, inclusive). Following the DIG-Board Leadership Strategy Exchange in Seattle on 4 August, 2022, the review process changed from a 5-year cycle to a 3-year one.
