J. Robert Beyster Fellowship, Louis O. Kelso Fellowship, &
The Lon and Lauren McGowan Fellowship in Profit Sharing
For the study of employee stock ownership and profit sharing in the corporation in the U.S.
The Institute for the Study of Employee Ownership and Profit Sharing invites applications from doctoral students, pre/post tenure scholars, experts with professional degrees in U.S. institutions in the social sciences, humanities, law, management, and public policy for the 2020-2021 research fellowship competition. The Beyster Fellowship ($25,000) supports research on broad-based employee share ownership in the U.S.. The Louis O. Kelso Fellowships ($12,500) support research on all dimensions of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in the U.S. The Lon and Lauren McGowan Fellowship in Profit Sharing ($25,000) supports research on profit sharing in the U.S.. Stipends can be used for research, travel, or living expenses and are awarded for residence at the scholar's home university or to visit Rutgers Submit an email application with a 1500 word essay and a CV by December 31, 2019 with decisions by March 15, 2020.
