    Dear friends and colleagues,

CMS InTouch is an initiative that aims to foster, support, nurture and extend our CMS community during the times of pandemic crisis and beyond. With the support from the Academy of Management CMS Division and the journal Organization, CMS InTouch has become an alternative to help CMS scholars transcend and transgress geographical, political and economic boundaries through free and open webinars and online workshops. We aim to help grow a more inclusive and supportive CMS community. As of mid-May, we had 2,799 registrations from over 20 countries in all inhabited continents for our live events and 2,516 post-event views on YouTube. In total, we average 443 engagements a month, not including social media impressions (Twitter @cmsintouch). Recordings of past webinars can be viewed on the CMS InTouch YouTube channel

Given the ongoing interest of the CMS community in the events we organise, we are seeking friends who would like to join the team. The volunteer work includes day-to-day communication with the webinar team, checking/contributing to webinar submissions, announcing and promoting webinars on social media platforms, hosting webinars in Zoom, communicating with webinar organisers and refining and developing the webinar series and associated processes. Knowledge or willingness to learn about technology and platforms (e.g. Zoom, Eventbrite, Slack) and familiarity and willingness to engage with social media are desirable. We believe this is a great opportunity to meet new colleagues, help shape conversations in our field and contribute to the community.
If you are interested in becoming a team member, please get in touch with us by email (cmswebinars@gmail.com) and let us know about your motivation.

We look forward to hearing from you.
    Regards,
    CMS-in-touch team
